The materials worked in Le Cuivre are mainly Cu-OFE and Cu-OF, (C10100 and C10200) and high conductivity alloys such as CuCrZr, CuCoNiBe, and CuNiCrSi.
We specialize in 3D forging (multidirectional reduction technology) in order to ensure the best structure on the forged parts.
Our forging center is equipped with two hydraulic presses of 1,500 tons and 1,000 tons of power, as well as gas ovens for preheating and reheating treatments. The capacity of the forge is up to 1,200 kg.
