The alloys used in the production of molds for plastic materials are: CuCoNiBe, CuBe2% and CuNiSiCr
The semi-finished products are produced entirely in our Cinisello Balsamo factory and our alloys are used according to their mechanical and physical properties: good thermal conductivity, high mechanical characteristics, resistance to wear and hot corrosion.
Performance increases thanks to the faster cooling speed of the mold and its components are given a better heat exchange of copper alloys compared to steel.
